Return Policy

Due to the nature of our services and made-to-order floral decor, we have the following policy:

1. Decor Rentals & Event Services

All bookings are final. Cancellations made within 72 hours of your event may not be eligible for a refund.

If your event is postponed, we are happy to reschedule based on availability.

2. Product Orders (If applicable in future)

For physical product purchases, we allow returns only if the item is damaged upon delivery. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

3. Custom Orders

Custom floral pieces or decor designs are non-refundable once production has begun.
